Age Eligibility Rules
Teams are responsible for roster compliance. 

Age Divisions (Birthdate Cutoff) 

• 14U: Born Sept. 1, 2010 or later 
• 12U: Born Sept. 1, 2012 or later 
• 10U: Born Sept. 1, 2014 or later 
• 8U: Born Sept. 1, 2012 or later 

Rules of Play 

• Games played under NFHS rules
• Run Rule: 10 after 4 innings; 8 after 5 innings
• Pitching follows the current NCAA collegiate pitching rule
• Coin flip determines home/visitor for all games
• International Tie-Breaker after 7 innings (runner on 2nd)
• No metal cleats on turf fields; dirt fields permitted
• Lineups up to 11 players (Straight 9, DP/FLEX, EP allowed)
